Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital | “Best ” by U.S. News & World Report | Commercial
This commercial tells the journey of a brave patient at Le Bonheur Children's who has been with in the care of the hospital since birth. We collaborated with the marketing team to find a way to visually, concisely, and effectively convey the message that Le Bonheur has been providing excellent care for over the last 11 years. We used the Arri Amira and Zeiss Standard Speed Primes to capture these images.

Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital | Virtual Pumpkin Run Promotional | Commercial
The Le Bonheur Pumpkin Run turned virtual in 2020—as many things did. Working with the Marketing Department at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, we created this piece showcasing former patients and their families. Kowa Anamorphics helped capture these stars in a special way. Editor Brandon Roten beautifully wove the pieces together. It turned out to be the biggest Pumpkin Run in event history!

The Problem With Jon Stewart | AppleTV+ | TV
I was thrilled to work with Jon Stewart. For this 3 camera interview, used the Zeiss Standard Speed Mark II lenses with the FX9s along with light diffusion to create the look we were going for. Litemats on arms with a couple of lekos hitting the ceiling helped bring the levels up to where we needed.

Reece Witherspoon | Harpers BAZAAR | Lifestyle
It was fun to work with Reece Witherspoon. This was a simple two camera shoot on a white cyc. I was a heavy lift doing this one as a one-person-band, lighting the face, the cyc, operating both cameras and connecting the director over zoom. But overall, it let her personality shine through.

This was the wettest Running for the Roses in over a decade. Part of the challenge of filming this piece was wrapping and bagging cameras and lenses and keeping them defogged and dry. Fortunately Canon Professional Services was on site passing out rain gear--oh, and they loaned me a 400mm f4 DO IS USM ii. That was nice of them. Hand-holding it was a bit of a challenge, but the results speak for themselves.

Jaren Jackson, Jr. on My First Million | GQ | Lifestyle
This was a fun one. It’s always a treat to work with JJJ. He allowed us in his home and opened up on camera. He’s a gifted showman on and off the court.

Terminix | Brand Content | Sales Videos
I spent 2 weeks in Orlando, FL filming a 32-video series for Terminix Brand. This video was shot in an attic, a crawlspace and everywhere in between. Working quickly with a great crew, I shot this on Red Dragon and Zeiss lenses. It was fun to get to know the Super PeeWee Dolly.

TruGreen |Daytona International Speedway | Partnerships
I love the warmth and clarity of the Angenieux Optimo-Style variable prime lenses. They compliment sensors that lean towards sharp detail. About half of this piece for the work TruGreen does at the Daytona International Speedway was shot with these lenses. They're about the perfect size for docu-style film-making. Mix in a little a7s footage for some tight-quarters shooting and Movi work and call it a day. Also, who knew that a GoPro would hold on at 180 MPH?

Living Lands and Waters | Chevy Trucks Spec Commerical
When Chad Pregracke with Living Lands and Waters needed new trucks to support his incredible team's mission of pulling trash out of the Mississippi and its tributaries, he reached out to create a spec spot for Chevy to convince them to support their mission. So 3 of us traveled up to Southern Illinois to an unexpectedly beautiful area of the river to film a for few hours one evening and a few the next morning. We spliced in a little B-Roll from an earlier shoot and put this together. I think it turned out pretty well for how quick and dirty the production was. Shot on FS7 with F3 primes, a7s ii with Movi M10 and the Inspire X5r.

A Place to Celebrate Your Story | Visit Oxford | Ad Campaign
This was a fast paced 3-day shoot with a lot of setups and a lot of locations. The fun was in the challenge of being mobile, quick on our feet and still delivering a quality product to the client.
